Rural PC offer Remote Support and Helpdesk Phone Support.

Call us and explain the issue you are having. We can then log into your computer using an internet connection to repair your PC, or give directions over the phone. 

You can click on the below link to download our small file, then run the file, to enable us to help you remotely.

You may get a notice from your Security Program that you need to click on to allow the program to download or run.

 

We can log into your computer using your internet connection or help over the phone with:

• PC Health Check

• Update windows operating systems and program updates

• Repair security errors

• Repair / Install printers

• Disk cleanup and file sorting

• Network errors, options, setting up other equipment

• Set up email programs, fix email errors

• Training on computer use

• Set up automatic backups, threat scanning etc

NOTE:   You must have a working Broadband connection for us to log in to your computer remotely.

Charges are $25 per 15 minute block
