Call us and explain the issue you are having. We can then log into your computer using an internet connection to repair your PC, or give directions over the phone. 

You can click on the below link to download our small file, then run the file, to enable us to help you remotely.

You may get a notice from your Security Program that you need to click on to allow the program to download or run.
